Earlier this week, New York rapperJim Jonesplead not guilty to misdemeanor assault and battery charges stemming from an incident during a performance in Florida. Now, a video of the altercation has surfaced and it may help clear Jone's name. The video, posted on Youtube last month, shows a few larger men scuffling with a smaller man wearing a black shirt, and a man identified as Jim Jones standing in the backround.

The man identified as Jones appeared to be walking away from the fight, but quickly returns to pull people from his camp away from the altercation.
