"Cam'ron" Explains Origin of Beef w/ "Jay-Z" (Throwback)

Honestly, I don't know how old or new this video is, but what gives? I mean you got to hold a press conference to say why you got beef with someone? I mean, I aint a "Jay Z" fan, but these dudes need to knock it off man. Real beef aint discussed on a full on press conference. Sounds to me more like a publicity stunt, just to keep your name in someone's mouth.
