Like father like step-son. Guess greed runs in the family, and so when it comes to money you got to take "Birdman" and "Lil Wayne" to court for your financial support. Jerri Kuosma filed a law suit against "Birdman", for unpaid royalties, for use of his trademark on the name "Birdman". He sells the most well known skydiving gear under that name, and in 2004 gave permission for a shoe to be made under "Birdman", as long as he received 35% of royalties paid to "Cash Money". 3 years later he still aint been paid, so he ended his agreement with 'Lugz". In 2007 "Cash Money" made over $500,000 in royalties, which entitled Kuosma to $217,992.39. A settlement was reached to pay him in lump sums, never happened. Now he's suing for what he's owed, plus interest and cost and fees allowed by the law. Man, guess that's how they stay paid, cuz they don't pay.
